The Holy Spirit of Nothing is a six piece neo-psychedelic-rock band from Austria consisting of three guitars, bass, organ, drums, various instruments and two voices. After years of playing live and a lot of trial and error, THSON eventually decided to record their first EP all on their own. “Sermons” was mixed by Andrea Volpato of New Candys and released in September 2018 via “Captain Beefart Records”. The 5 songs featured on “Sermons” were written over the span of a few years, the subject matter, however, remained the same. The Austrian sextet writes songs about light and shade, hope and loss, excess and despair.
